Standard Delivery: Orders placed by 12:00 AM are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. For larger items like refrigerators, televisions (50″ and above), washing machines, and other major appliances, delivery may take 1-3 business days and could incur additional charges. Deliveries outside city limits may also include extra charges based on the product category.

Express Delivery: For faster delivery, Express Delivery ensures same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM within the city limits of Riyadh (except on Fridays). This service applies to select products marked with a special badge, and these products can be easily filtered on the website.

How can I identify products eligible for Express Delivery?

Are there additional charges for Express Delivery?

Yes, additional charges may apply for Express Delivery. The charges will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery option and your location.

Can I get large appliances delivered using Express Delivery?

Express Delivery is available for select products from top categories. However, larger items such as ACs may not be eligible for these services with an order cut-off time of 11 AM. For more details, please refer to the product information or contact customer service.

For standard delivery, smaller items usually take 1-2 business days, while larger items may take 1-3 business days. Express Delivery timelines depends on the time of order placement and service availability.

What are the shipping charges for delivery within KSA?

Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances and Large Televisions are charged SAR 16. Delivery charges may vary based on the size and location of delivery.

Do you deliver outside of KSA?

No, we currently do not deliver outside the KSA.

Home Delivery

What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order.

You can suggest an alternate delivery schedule. However, if there are 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be automatically canceled, and any payment made will be refunded to your account.
