1. The promotion is organised by Sharaf DG KSA and is valid from 11 to 26 September 2026.
2. Customers can participate at Sharaf DG stores at Granada Mall and Riyadh Gallery, or through the Sharaf DG KSA online promotion page.
3. Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years and above in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable laws and any eligibility requirements specified by the competent authority.
4. No purchase is required to participate.
5. To participate, customers must provide their name, Saudi mobile number and valid email address, review and accept these promotion Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Notice, and spin the digital wheel.
6. Every valid participant will receive a guaranteed reward. The wheel does not contain any blank, “try again” or non-winning result.
7. Each participant is entitled to one reward only during the campaign. Participation will be identified using the registered mobile number and/or email address.
8. Participants may spin the wheel again for fun; however, every subsequent spin using the same registered details will display the same reward originally allocated. Repeat spins will not generate an additional or different reward.
9. Rewards are automatically allocated by the system and are subject to the approved reward quantities and remaining availability at the time of participation. A specific reward cannot be requested or guaranteed before participation.
10. The first reward recorded against the participant’s registered details is final and cannot be changed, exchanged or upgraded.
11. Digital vouchers will be sent to the participant’s registered email address. Where a physical voucher is applicable, it will be issued by authorised Sharaf DG staff following verification.
12. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Sharaf DG will not be responsible for rewards sent to an incorrectly entered email address or mobile number.
13. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and in accordance with the conditions stated in the reward email or on the voucher.
14. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred for monetary value.
15. Multiple vouchers may be combined only where the specific voucher conditions expressly permit it.
16. False information, automated participation, system manipulation, voucher-code misuse or any other attempt to interfere with the promotion may result in disqualification and cancellation of the participation and/or reward.
17. Sharaf DG reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and participation details and to disqualify any participant where these Terms & Conditions or applicable promotion requirements have been breached.
18. By registering and participating, customers acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of their information for participation validation, reward fulfilment, fraud prevention and campaign administration, in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice. Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the applicable consent requirements and Privacy Notice.
19. MakeMyTrip rewards are subject to the applicable MakeMyTrip redemption and booking conditions. Sharaf DG rewards are subject to the applicable Sharaf DG KSA voucher conditions. Where a reward is fulfilled by MakeMyTrip or any other third-party provider, Sharaf DG KSA acts solely as a facilitator in respect of that reward.
20. Sharaf DG will not be liable for any delay, failure or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, connectivity issues, system outages or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable law.
21. The promotion is subject to applicable laws and the conditions of the approval issued by the competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
22. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any required approval from the competent authority.
23. All decisions relating to this promotion including but not limited to reward allocation, eligibility determinations, disqualification, interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, and resolution of any dispute or ambiguity arising from participation shall be made by Sharaf DG in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to the applicable law. Such decisions shall be final.
24. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Sharaf DG, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with: (a) a participant’s participation in the promotion; (b) any reward, voucher, or its use, redemption or non-redemption; (c) any act, omission, delay or failure of a third-party reward provider, including without limitation MakeMyTrip; or (d) any technical failure, error or interruption affecting the promotion.
25. Where a reward is fulfilled by a third-party provider (including MakeMyTrip), that reward is subject to the third-party provider’s own terms, conditions and availability. Sharaf DG KSA acts solely as a facilitator in respect of such rewards and shall have no liability for the third-party provider’s acts, omissions, service quality, booking availability, cancellations or failure to honor a voucher. Any complaint or claim relating to a third-party reward must be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
26. By participating in this promotion, participants waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any right to bring a claim, demand or legal action against Sharaf DG arising from or connected to their participation, any reward received (or not received), or any decision made by Sharaf DG under these Terms & Conditions.
27. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable law, including in cases of fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
