Return & Exhange Policy (Retail Store and Online)

At Sharaf DG, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of products within 14 days for online purchases and 7 days for in-store purchases from the date of purchase or delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packing condition accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

For Returns Exchange of Products

  • Product Condition

  • Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Open but unused products may be returned or exchanged, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories Personal Care:

  • Return and Exchange are accepted only if the product is sealed/packed or has a manufacturing defect upon opening within the return and exchange period.
  • Personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened even with restocking fees. However, products with a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged, subject to verification through a service report.
  • All Hard Goods:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when the customer received it (unopened, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, brand seals, with all free-of-cost (FOC) bundled products, and promotional vouchers.
  • For Information Technology and Telecom products, no returns are allowed if the product has already been activated by the customer.
  • For opened items within the designated return or exchange period, exchanges are only permitted; however, a restocking fee will apply. (This excludes customized / special-order products, cut cables/wires, personal care and hygiene products, gaming CDs/software, digital/online vouchers/cards, AS-IS products, SIMs, inks/cartridges, printing papers, damaged items, or products with activation/password locks).
  • The customer must keep the original packaging for 7 days from the receipt of their items in order to be eligible to return the product.
  • Major/Medium Home Appliances, Large Televisions, Audio/Video Products:

    For home delivery returns or exchanges requested within the designated period, a handling charge of SAR 100 will apply, provided the product has no manufacturing defects.

    Return and Exchange Not Applicable

    We apologize but returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following cases even with restocking fees:

  • If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged/scratched/ shows signs of misuse, it is used and installed.
  • For customized/special-order products, cut cables/wires, personal care C hygiene products, gaming CDs/software, digital/online vouchers/cards, AS-IS products, SIMs and inks/cartridges, printing papers, damaged items, or products with activation/password locks.
  • If the device has an activation/password lock, such as Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD).
  • If the product is past the designated return or exchange period.
  • Restocking Fees:

    If the packaging is slightly soiled or opened, and the product remains unused, free of defects (scratches, dents, or other damage), with all accessories intact, the product will be accepted for return with a restocking fee as outlined below:

  • For all brands returns or exchanges will be accepted after deducting minimum 30% of the product's value
  • For major/medium home appliances and large televisions, restocking fees will apply after an inspection by the Sharaf DG Service Team or manufacturer authorized service center.
  • Bundle Offers

    If a product purchased as part of a bundle offer is returned, the full set must be returned to its original condition. Partial returns will not be accepted, and the cost of the missing items will be deducted from the refund.

    Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Not Functioning Products:

    Products dead on arrival or not functioning as per the user manual will be exchanged or returned only after verification by Sharaf DG personnel or the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

  • The original packaging, manuals, and all included accessories must be returned.
  • A technical report from the manufacturer’s authorized service center might be required for replacement.
  • Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds for purchases made through any gift cards or loyalty points/vouchers etc. will be provided through a Sharaf DG gift card.
  • Card refunds might take 7 to 14 business days after the return process is complete, depending on the customer’s bank.
  • For in-store purchases made using digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay), refunds will only be processed during the return and exchange period, only after verifying the bank confirmation message received by the customer via SMS or email following the transaction.
  • If the customer does not receive the purchased item within 30 days of the purchase date, Sharaf DG will not be responsible for its availability. The reservation will be canceled, and the customer will be entitled to a refund of the paid amount.
  • Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once acknowledged by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • When returning a product received through free home delivery, the customer will be charged the delivery and return delivery fees, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Inspection

    For Home Delivery products, the customers should inspect the product before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any product reportedly damaged after signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) will not qualify for returns C exchange or warranty claims.

    Extended Warranty/Damage Protection Plans:

    These can be returned if the product is returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

    Return & Exchange Policy (Open Box/Display Products)

  • The standard Sharaf DG return, exchange, and warranty policy does not apply to open boxes and display items. Defective products must be returned to any Sharaf DG store within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery only after verification by Sharaf DG personnel.
  • The acceptance of the invoice signifies the customer's acknowledgment of the product's condition. Claims for any missing parts or accessories will not be entertained after the purchase.
  • Warranty (Open Box/Display Products)

    A six-month warranty applies to open boxes and display products purchased from Sharaf DG, provided the product is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, like regular products. Open boxes and display products cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer agrees to these conditions in exchange for the lowest price. The warranty becomes invalid if the product is tampered with, opened, or shows signs of physical or liquid damage.

    Important:

  • If customers are found to abuse the return policy by making excessive returns, returning products not in their original condition, or frequently canceling orders, Sharaf DG reserves the right to issue warnings, imposing restrictions, or terminate customer accounts as necessary.
  • Store Management will act as per the above policies and the Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
  • Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend or update its Return and Exchange Policy or related terms at its sole discretion to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including those in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and to enhance the customer experience. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or display in-store, unless stated otherwise. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically, as continued use of our services or purchases after such amendments constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.
