Online vs. in-store prices must be compared within the same channel.

Eligible only for single full payment purchases (no installments).

Price match must be based on an exact model number – similar specs don’t qualify.

Cannot be combined with other discounts, trade-in deals, or bank offers.

How to Claim Your Price Match

Visit any Sharaf DG Customer Care and bring:

Proof of the competitor’s lower price (flyer, website, verified social post, ESL tag).

Your original or digital Sharaf DG invoice (if already purchased).

If digital proof is provided, our team will verify and process the claim.

One claim allowed per product – unless the lower price is from Sharaf DG itself.
