How Does It Work

Simply purchase your desired product from Sharaf DG. If you find the same product at a lower price within 7 days at select retailers, we'll match that price. It's our promise to deliver unbeatable value every time you shop with us.

Which Prices Qualify

We match prices from the physical stores (excluding online stores) of leading retailers across AL-Riyadh. The product must be identical in brand, model, size, and color, and in stock at the competitor's store.

Note: Special promotions like corporate deals, voucher codes, or bulk purchases (more than 2 units) are excluded from this program.

What About Bundle Offers

If you find a bundle deal with a lower price on an individual item, we'll match that individual item's price according to our BPG terms & conditions. In case we can offer a similar bundle, the BPG won't apply.

Easy Claim Process

Claiming your price match is quick and simple:

• Option 1: Email us at support@sa.sharafdg.com with:
• Your Sharaf DG purchase invoice.
• Proof of the lower price (photo or quote with date).
• Store name and location where you found the lower price.
• Option 2: Call us at 8001240467 and provide the necessary details.
• Option 3: Visit any Sharaf DG store with your invoice and proof of the lower price.

No proof? No worries! Share the competitor's store name and location, and we'll verify the price for you. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with an update.

Regarding Non-Electronic Gift Vouchers

We reserve the right to assess and determine the value of non-electronic gift vouchers from other retailers under our BPG policy to ensure you receive fair and equivalent benefits.

Sharaf DG may modify or discontinue the BPG program at any time without prior notice. Any misuse or violation of the BPG terms may result in cancellation of the price match and potential ineligibility for future claims.
