Accidental Damage — When Life Happens!
Accidental damage refers to any unexpected and unintentional physical harm caused by external factors—like drops, impacts, or mishaps—that affect your device's functionality and prevent it from working as intended. -
Liquid Damage — Spills, Splashes & Unexpected Dips!
Liquid damage occurs when your device is unexpectedly exposed to or submerged in water or any other liquid, leading to malfunctions or hardware failure. Whether it's a spilled coffee or an accidental dip in the pool, liquid damage can disrupt performance and may require repairs or replacement.
Scope of Coverage
Covered Incidents
- Accidental Damage Protection — Includes screen cracks & liquid damage.
- Total Loss Coverage — If repair is not possible, a replacement device is provided.
- Fixed Service Fees — Transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
- Coverage within KSA — Valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

- Smartphones, Tablets, Smartwatches, Televisions, Laptops, PCs, Gaming Consoles.
- Available at checkout in-store or on Sharaf DG Website.
How to File a Claim
- In-store Service: Visit any Sharaf DG store & request service at the Customer Service Desk.
- Courier Pickup Service: If purchased online or no store is nearby, call 8001240467 for courier collection service.

Repair & Replacement Process
- Sharaf DG will either repair the device using new parts or provide a replacement if repairs are not possible.
- If a replacement is unavailable, Sharaf DG may offer an alternative device or Sharaf DG Gift Card.
- Replacements do not include accessories (charger, cables, stylus, etc.).
Replacement Policy
- If a replacement is required but unavailable, an Alternative Replacement Device will be provided.
- The alternative device will have similar specifications but may be a different model or color.
- The decision to repair or replace rests with Sharaf DG.
What's NOT Covered?
General Exclusions
- Normal Wear & Tear (aging, usage deterioration)
- Cosmetic Damage (scratches, dents that don't affect functionality)
- Preventive Maintenance (routine servicing)
- Loss or Theft (lost or stolen devices aren't eligible)
- Reckless or Intentional Damage (misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications)
Device-Specific Exclusions
- Disassembled or Missing Parts
- Altered Serial Numbers
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
- Software Issues (installations, removals, third-party apps)
- Environmental Damage (fire, earthquakes, extreme weather)
- Government or Unforeseen Events (war, riots, nuclear exposure)
Accessories & External Components
- SIM cards, memory cards, chargers, cables, adaptors
- Batteries, circuit breakers, voltage stabilizers
- Audio/video heads, plugs, remote controls, fuses
Customer Responsibilities
- Service Requests: Initiate service through Sharaf DG's Customer Care or Call Center.
- Proof of Purchase: Keep the invoice with the device's IMEI/serial number.
- Accurate Damage Details: Provide correct information when filing a claim.
- Backup Your Data: Sharaf DG is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- Disable Security Features: Before service, remove passwords, iCloud, Find My iPhone, eSIM, Google Account.
- Retain Accessories: Keep all accessories (chargers, SIM cards, cables), as they are not covered.
Cancellations & Fraud
No Cancellations or Refunds
- Once subscribed, the DG Shield Plan cannot be canceled, and the payment is non-refundable.
Fraudulent Claims = No Coverage
- Any false or misleading claims will result in immediate termination of your plan, and all benefits will be forfeited.
- Sharaf DG reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent claims.
